You Can Trade Legendary Pokemon on Pokemon GO

 Trade Legendary Pokemon: Pokemon Go is packed with numerous Pokemon with different appearances, abilities, and appearances. The rarest Pokemon include Legendary Pokemon, which are available only for limited periods.

Complete the Pokedex isn’t easy in the quest to find the difficult-to-find Legendaries, which is why much Pokemon Game of the Day gamers trade their friends.

 It is good news that Legendaries can change, and it can be an ideal method to fill the dread Pokedex slots.

Unfortunately, trades for Legendary Pokemon can come with a high Stardust price, which could be more of a problem for certain players than others.

The cost of trading depends on the Pokemon that is being traded and the degree of trust between the trader and the other party.

Let’s look at how much Stardust is need to exchange for a Legendary and then figure out how to lower that amount and make these trades cheaper.

How Much Stardust To Trade Legendary Pokemon

When trading Legendaries, The base price is 1,000,000 Stardust. 

The cost can be decreased to 20,000 if the person receiving this Pokemon owns the Legendary Pokemon already registered in the Pokedex.

If players develop a stronger bond with each other, the cost will drop more.

Notification: Pokemon that are traded in different types of costumes for events that the recipient hasn’t yet acquired are not registered, as are the various versions that are Giratina and the Armored Mewtwo.

Sometimes, events with a time limit offer friends benefits. Rarely you will find that the cost of the event is reduce, so keep an eye on it.

Special Trades

Players are only allow to perform one specific Trade each day. The Special Trades can be one among the following

  • Unregister Pokemon
  • Legendaries
  • Shiny Pokemon
  • Forms that aren’t register or costumes for Pokemon

For certain events during special events, during certain special events, the Special Trade limit is lifted and allows for multiple trades days of trading.

Pokemon That Cannot Trade.

While can trade most Legendary Pokemon, cannot trade Mythical Pokemon.

 The only exception can be Meltan along with Melmetal. To put this into perspective, All currently available Pokemon that cannot trade are:

  • Mew
  • Celebi
  • Jirachi
  • Deoxys (Normal Form, Attack Form, Defense Form, and Speed Form)
  • Darkrai
  • Victini
  • Genesect (any Drive)
  • Meloetta
  • Hoopa (Unbound or Confined)
  • Zarude
  • Hacked Pokemon
  • Pokemon is currently being develope as a Buddy
  • Now fighting gyms
  • Pokemon aren’t at their whole health
  • Eggs
  • Shadow Pokemon
  • Pokemon that have trade before

Although these restrictions may appear unjust, they are beneficial when an account is compromise, and someone tries to take the Pokemon away. 

With the glam Pokemon being able to follow these prices, it could make it difficult for people to sell their more shiny Pokemon.
