Elden Ring can be hard to play during some parts of the game. It’s not very common to die repeatedly to the same person or group of people. When you start a new game, it’s even more challenging.
As you start a game, you should do things that will help you in the early stages. This will help you beat a lot of the challenging early game enemies, and it will also help you get through the Mid-game and End-game.
There are many things to do in Elden Ring, but I’ll show you what to do first in this guide.
Start with the things you need to get done in Elden Ring first.
Choose a class when you start a new game. Check out our Best Starting Class For Beginners guide if you need help picking a class. It doesn’t matter what class you have in the big picture.
Then, after you pick a class, will put you in the Tutorial Area. I think you should spend a lot of time in this area because you’ll learn about the basics of the Elden Ring from here.
You will be in Limgrave after you leave the Start area. Sites of Grace will have a lot to offer. Finally, after unlocking three full of grace sites, you’ll get “Torrent.” Torrent is your Horse Companion, and he will follow you around the game.
From the Tutorial area, head north to the Church of Elleh. There, you’ll find Merchant Kale and a Smithing Table. Item, Weapons, and Armor can be bought for Runes. You will be able to improve them. Gatefront Ruins are north of there. You can fight some enemies there and loot the Caravan for the Lordsworn’s Greatsword.
If you want to get more Weapons and Items, you should go down into the tunnels. The Whetstone Blade should also be on your list of things to buy.
It’s also a good idea to unlock a part of the map. If you look at your map, you will see Map Fragments and other things. Go to them and take them.
When you start the game, it’s good to have the Hoarfrost Stomp as a Skill to have. Getting the Meteorite Staff is a good choice of staff for you.
Besides the Flask of Wondrous Physick, you should also get it. You will have a head start as long as you do these things before the game starts. Elden Ring is a great place to start.
