Vivo Y33e 5G Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and 5,000mAh Battery: Price, Specs

The Vivo Y33e 5G has been released in China. The Vivo Y33s and Vivo Y33T smartphones are already available from the Chinese company’s Y series. The new Y33e 5G is a low-cost cellphone with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. 

It has a 5,000mAh battery and can charge at a rate of 10W. The smartphone runs on the Origin Ocean OS, based on Android 12. The Vivo Y33e 5G has a 6.51-inch LCD screen with a resolution of HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) and a 60Hz refresh rate.

Price and availability of the Vivo Y33e 5G

The Vivo Y33e 5G is slated to be released in June in China. For the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option, the smartphone costs CNY 1,299 (approximately Rs. 15,000).

 The handset is available in two colours: Flourite Black and Magic Blue.

Specifications and characteristics of the Vivo Y33e 5G

This phone has a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and an 88.99 per cent screen-to-body ratio. 

The Vivo Y33e 5G is equipped with an octa-core Dimensity 700 SoC and a Mali-G57 GPU. This smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 12 and the Origin Ocean OS overlay.

It has a dual back camera configuration with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture for optics. 

There’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front with an f/2.0 aperture set in a waterdrop-style notch.

The Vivo Y33e 5G has 164×75.84×8.45mm and weighs 198g. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security. 

It also has a Face Wake function that, according to the manufacturer, allows you to unlock your phone with a blink. Wireless connection is provided via dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 on this 5G device. A USB Type-C connector and a 3.5mm headphone jack are included.
