Poco X4 GT and Poco F4 5G will be available on June 23. The firm posted a series of posters on Twitter only days before the official introduction, disclosing the significant characteristics of the two new smartphones.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC is expected to power the Poco X4 GT, including a 144Hz LCD. On the other hand, the Poco F4 5G has been said to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. It will also sport a 120Hz AMOLED display. Both variants are said to be able to charge at a rate of 67W.
The essential characteristics of the Poco X4 GT and Poco F4 5G were teased by the official Poco Twitter account. The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC is confirmed to power the Poco X4 GT, which is anticipated to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11T Pro. It will sport a 144Hz refresh rate LCD and a 67W quick-charging capability.
Poco has teased the Poco F4 5G, revealing specifications such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The phone will also include an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and capabilities for 67W fast charging.
The display will have HDR10+ resolution, Truecolor tuning, and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. The Poco F4 5G will include 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, according to Poco.
The new Poco X4 GT and Poco F4 5G will be unveiled during an online event aired live on the company’s YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook channels on June 23 at 8 pm GMT (5:30 pm IST).
The Poco F4 5G is also expected to launch in India simultaneously. However, the specifics of the Poco X4 GT’s India launch are unknown now.
