How to Fix the Instagram App not Working issue?
There are certain times when there is a problem with the Instagram app on your device, not with the platform. In such situations, you can fix the problem on your own. I’ll guide you on how you can do that.
1. Check your Internet Connection
The most probable cause of the issues with not only this but other such apps is a problematic internet connection. So, the first thing you need to check if your internet is working fine. To do this, you can visit the Play Store and check if it loads, or try playing a Youtube video. If you are able to do these, then there isn’t a problem with your internet connection.
You can also try switching between Mobile Data and Wifi Connection. Sometimes, the app would start working on a different connection. Also, check for apps that may be consuming your internet on the background. If you find any, force stop it if it isn’t important.
2. Update or Re-install the app
If you are using an outdated version of the app, then there is a probability that it will start causing issues. So, you can visit the Play Store, and check if there is an update available to the app. If there is an update available, install it and all your issues will be solved.
However, if there isn’t an update available and you are using the latest version, then you have to uninstall the app, and then re-install it again.
