Go to Westmarch at Diablo Immortal.

Westmarch, also familiar as the City of the Light, is surround by stone walls line with lookouts and archers. 

According to speculations, players will need to talk to a specific NPC within the city to change their classes. This section will be updated once we have more information.

Select a class to represent your Diablo Immortal character.

Selecting a class is the first step to changing your character’s appearance in Diablo Immortal. 

You can choose from six classes in the game: Barbarian, Crusader Monk, Demon Hunter Hunter, Wizard, or Necromancer.

Select a gender for your character. 

Diablo Immortal allows you to choose between male and female characters, just like other video games.

Each model has a unique animation and style, but they will not affect the gameplay.

Select a style that suits your personality. 

Next, choose between three preset faces. This can vary depending on your gender and class.

You’ll keep all your Paragon level progress after changing classes. You’ll give a new set with the same equip items you use before and can transfer your item progress and gems. 

All of your previous equip items won’t lost during this process. Your progress on the Helliquary and Horadric Vessels will also remain unchanged.
