Starconch in Genshin Impact: Because of its enormous character pool, Genshin Impact is one of the most popular free-to-play gacha games on the market right now. Update 2.7 is soon here, and it will include the introduction of the new Hydro character Yelan.
If you want to support Yelan when she becomes available, you’ll need enough resources to climb her and make her sound. In Genshin Impact, here’s how to obtain and utilize the Starconch.
Getting Starconch in Genshin Impact
The Starconch is an upgrade material that you may find in Teyvat throughout your adventures.
Because it’s a shell-like item, your chances of finding it are best while exploring the beaches of Genshin Impact.
They may be readily cultivated by strolling up and down the Liyue region’s coastlines, immediately below Dragonspine.
The people over at Genshin Impact Interactive Map have provided us with a snapshot of their agricultural areas, which we’ve put below.
They’ll respawn once you’ve harvested all of them in a few days, just like all other resources.
If you want to bring Childe and Yelan to the max level cap. You’ll need a lot of Starconches, so grab them whenever you can.
By following the route depicted on the map above. You should be able to harvest a good number of them just by traveling down the shore and picking up every Starconch you come across.
How to Use Them
As previously stated, Starconches are a mandatory ascension material for some Hydro characters, including Childe and the upcoming Yelan.
Because this resource is only essential for climbing your Hydro characters. Cultivating them is pointless unless you intend to focus on those characters.
After you’ve leveled your characters to their current level cap, you may ascend them to reach the level cap of 90.
You’ll also need the Starconches to climb and the drops from the Oceanid boss battle.
Choose Childe or Yelan from your character screen, click the Ascend button in the lower right corner, and confirm your choice after you have the necessary ingredients.
