However, in June last year, 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a clash between Indian and Chinese troops on the Galwan border. Since then, the distance between the two countries has increased.
At first, India banned 59 Chinese apps and later a couple of hundred Chinese apps. But this time, TikTok, ByteDance, is looking to return to the country instead of the trademark. Byte Dance has also applied the trademark application to replace this app with the name TickTock instead of spelling on July 8.
Tiktok India Comeback
The new application states that the TickTock app will differ from the TikTok app in technical terms and design. In other words, it should not think that the Chinese app is returning.
Meanwhile, its features will be the same as before. In other words, it will again become an ideal platform for Indian users to create short funny videos.
However, Bitdance has already talked to the central government to bring Tiktok back to the Indian market. The Chinese company has even promised to comply with Indian technology laws.
Meanwhile, following the center’s policy, in 2019, Bydance also appointed Chief Nodal and Grievance Officer. But when the Indian government banned the Chinese app last year, the company became non-existent in India.
Therefore, they were trying to return to this country for a long time. They also contacted Reliance for that. However, this time its looks like Byte Dance has approached a lot towards that goal.
