MultiVersus, which combines a cast of characters from many Warner Bros. IPs, first drew players’ attention due to its absurd cast and cartoonish design. Since its first release, the platform fighter has attracted much interest.
Now that MultiVersus is in its open beta stage, many people are taking advantage of the game as it keeps exploding online. Fans now have access to the game’s files thanks to the open beta test, which has enabled data miners to find possible additional impending content.
Some leakers discovered additional characters joining MultiVersus while the game was still in closed alpha testing. LeBron James and Rick and Morty were two of those characters that the game’s creator, Player First Games, finally made public.
However, the most recent MultiVersus leaks don’t suggest that any new characters will be included in the game; rather, they seem to show off some updated fighter aesthetics.
The most recent leak, initially shared by AisulMV on Twitter, claims that MultiVersus will soon get some new skins for characters including Jake the Dog, LeBron James, Taz, Bugs Bunny, and Harley Quinn, and Arya Stark.
However, the skins for Jake the Dog, LeBron James, and the Looney Tunes characters all centered around the notion of space. Assume, from the initial post, took down the leaked photographs.
While Taz and Bugs Bunny will have access to their outfits from both Space Jam films, LeBron James’ new skin will see him dressed as Batman’s renowned sidekick Robin.
The much-loved Adventure Time character, who appears as a blue extraterrestrial in his true form, will be depicted on Jake the Dog’s new skin.

LeBron James dons the Robin suit when exploring Space Jam 2’s DC Universe, so there is at least a connection between the two, even if it may not appear like his new skin has anything to do with space.
Due to their assumptions about when the new skins would be published, fans are mostly focusing on the space theme. MultiVersus gamers now anticipate the new cosmetics to arrive in the first few days of August.
Given Rick and Morty’s link to space and the timing of their arrival in MultiVersus, it would make sense to release some space-themed skins simultaneously.
However, there is no official word on whether or when these skins will be added to MultiVersus, so interested players should hold out until either Player First or Warner Bros Interactive makes a statement.
