The iPhone 14 series has been the subject of several rumours and leaks in the past (and even now), all of which have helped us better understand what to expect from the 2022 iPhone models.
The potential launch date for the next iPhone was also revealed today. Here’s when the iPhone 14 range may be released.
This Is When the iPhone 14 Series Could Be Released.
According to a recent rumour from iDropNews, the iPhone 14 series will be released in September, as is customary for new iPhone releases. Apple is expected to hold an event for the iPhone 14 lineup on September 13th. There’s no news on whether or not the event will be held in person.
It’s worth noting that this isn’t official information, and the date might be completely different. Nonetheless, Apple’s debut event is still scheduled for September.
According to the expectations, multiple goods are expected to be launched during the event. The iPhone 14 generation, which includes four models: the iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Max (a first), the iPhone 14 Pro, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max, will be the main attraction.
The iPhone 14 and Pro variants are believed to have a 6.1-inch display, while the other two models may have a larger 6.7-inch display. All variants are expected to have a 120Hz ProMotion display, although nothing is confirmed.
The iPhone 14 phone’s cameras are likely to get a significant boost. This time, Apple may be seen up the megapixel count by including a 48MP camera in the phones, with the iPhone 14 being the first to do so.
There’s a potential this may only be available on Pro models. Another thing to foresee is that Apple may not use the same processor in its 2022 iPhone range.
While the iPhone 14 and 14 Max may be powered by the A15 Bionic processor from last year, the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max may have the newer A16 chip. Improved battery life, further improvements, and the unique design sans notch (with a pill+punch-hole design) are all anticipated.
Aside from that, the speculated Apple Watch Series 8, AirPods Pro 2, and even a few Macs are likely to make an appearance. However, the information mentioned above (including future ones) isn’t official, so we can’t trust them entirely.
Apple will most likely provide formal details as the event approaches. As a result, it’s preferable to wait for additional information and watch how the new iPhone 14 series develops.
