Instagram may allow respond to Stories with voice messages.

Instagram, which Meta owns, is reportedly working on a new feature that would let users respond to Stories with an image or a voice message. This would be a new feature for Instagram.

Alessandro Paluzzi, a developer who reverse researches apps to discover impending new features, took to Twitter to publish an Instagram Stories snapshot with a microphone icon in the space for story replies. “Instagram is working on the ability to reply to Stories with voice messages,” Paluzzi added in the tweet.

Instagram has added two new ways for users to choose what they see in their feed: Favourites and Following. According to the firm, it wants users to be able to mold Instagram into the greatest possible experience and to have easy access to what they are most interested in.

They show users the most recent news from accounts they choose, such as their best friends and favorite creators, to stay up to date. Users can see posts from the people they follow by following. People who have Favorites will also show up at the top of their home feed.

Favorites and Following will show users’ recent posts in chronological order to get up to speed on the most recent posts quickly. To use Favourites and Following, users will need to click on Instagram in the top left corner of the home page. They can then choose what they see and how often they see it.
