This isn’t the first time Acer has upgraded its Nitro 5 gaming laptops with new Intel and Nvidia hardware.
The Nitro 5 has been updated with 12th-Gen Intel processors and RTX 30-series graphics. It is now available in India.
Acer has released a new budget-gaming laptop with many more features than the one that came before it.

The Acer Nitro 5 (0222) has a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS LCD screen that can run at 144Hz. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 80%, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
You can put in a 12th-Gen Intel Core i7-12700H CPU and up to Nvidia‘s GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU to get the most out of the laptop.
It also has up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM that can be expanded to 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM. Inside, the laptop has a 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
In addition, it can hold up to 1TB of HDD. When you’re playing games or working on your computer for a long time, the laptop comes with a quad-exhaust cooling system that has two cooling fans to keep things cool. This allows the hardware to work at its total capacity.
Besides the 57.5Whr battery, there is also a 180W power adapter that charges the battery with 180W. Also, the Nitro 5 has a four-zone RGB keyboard that can be controlled by the NitroSense app that comes with the computer.
It also has a multi-touch trackpad and stereo speakers. A laptop weighs up to 2.6 kg and comes in black colour. It comes with Windows 11 Home out of the box. It also has an HD webcam.
USB-A Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2, and a USB-A Gen 2 port with power-off charging. An HDMI port, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, and an RJ45 Ethernet port are also available.
Intel’s Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650i and Bluetooth 5.1 are used for wireless connections.
