Lenovo announced the Lenovo Legion Y70 smartphone in China on August 18. Although it has the most recent Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU, the Lenovo Legion Y90, which runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, has a more geared toward gaming design. The Legion Y70 is now available for purchase for the first time on the domestic market.
Price and options for the Lenovo Legion Y70
Three different configurations of the Legion Y70 are offered in China: 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. Priced at 2,970 Yuan (about $435), 3,370 Yuan (roughly $494), and 4,270 Yuan (roughly $625), these models.
The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered Y70 is the cheapest smartphone in the world.
It now comes in hues including Flame Red, Titanium Grey, and Ice White. There is no information yet about the device’s international release.
Specifications for the Lenovo Legion Y70
The 6.67-inch OLED screen of the Legion Y70 has Full HD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 1,500Hz touch sampling rate. The preloaded operating system on the smartphone is Android 12, with the ZUI 14 overlay on top.
The front of the gadget sports a 16-megapixel camera. A 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth assist lens are all located on its rear panel.
The SD8+G1 phone has UFS 3.1 storage and LPPDR5 RAM. It sports a 5,100mAh battery with 68W rapid charging capabilities. The gadget features a vapor chamber liquid cooling unit for heat dissipation, which contains many graphite sheets occupying 5,047 sq. mm of space within the device.
