Manu Kumar Jain and Redmi India’s tweet tweeted hints at the Redmi Note 11 series phone. By using “1S” instead of “IS,” The company seems to be hinting at its Redmi Note 11S.
A phone with the model number 220111TSI, believe possibly to represent the new Redmi Note11S, has been seen in the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification site before, suggesting the possibility of an India launch.
A smartphone bearing two numbers, 2201117SG, and the name of Redmi Note 11S, has also been seen on the NTBC certification authority’s website.
In addition, certain phones that have similar model numbers have also appeared on the EEC certification site.
Additionally, tweets and a press release delivered by Gadgets 360 also highlight the camera on the phone; however, the precise sensor configuration is not straightforward.
The report in the last month suggested that the new Redmi Note11S is likely expected to include the Samsung HM2 camera, which has 108 megapixels and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OVS6480 for the primary camera according to the marketplace.
The phone is said to have an 8-megapixel Sony Ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel OV02A macro-camera. In addition, it could be powered by a MediaTek SoC.
The Note 11S model of the Redmi phone is reported to have three different codenames, including Viva, Vida, and Miel_pro, indicating three distinct models.
