Redmi K50 Gaming edition to be launched first.

Redmi K50 Gaming edition: Redmi is preparing to launch the Redmi K50 line, including four handsets: Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Gaming edition, Redmi K50 Pro+,Redmi K50 Pro+, Redmi K50 Pro, and Redmi K50 Pro.

The Xiaomi-owned brand has not announced the official release date of this range. 

Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing spoke to Weibo to discuss the launch event and interact with his followers.

 One such interaction saw Weibing suggest that the Redmi K50 Pro+ would launch following the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition’s release.

This information is a post that was shared on Weibo via Weibing. When asked about the Dimesnity 9000 SoC version’s release date, he said the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered handset would be available first.

According to a report, the Redmi K50 gaming edition will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. 

Redmi will feature the Dimensity 9000 SOC in the Redmi K50 PRO+.

 It seems like Weibing may have confirmed the order for two handsets from Redmi K50’s Redmi K50 line.

Redmi K50 Gaming Edition specs (expected)

According to a report this Gaming edition is expected to have a 6.67-inch Huaxing flexible screen. 

It will house Qualcomm’s new flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

It is expected to include gaming-oriented features such as dual VC cooling and gaming shoulder triggers.

 It is expected to have a 4,700mAh battery and support for fast charging up to 120W.

The phone is expected to have a triple rear camera setup, with either a 48-megapixel primary sensor or a 64-megapixel secondary sensor. 

The rear camera setup will also be equipped with 13-megapixel secondary sensors and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor.

It is also expected to have a 16-megapixel selfie cam at the front.
