Free Fire Max is banned: Govt of India is taking strict action against a variety of Chinese apps by permanently blocking the apps for Public Access.
This doesn’t mean an end to downloading apps; however, it can minimize security risk, as per officials.
Today, Free Fire was banned along with 53 other Chinese apps deemed to pose security risks following section 69(A) in the IT Act.
Garena Free Fire has been removed from Google Play Store. Free Fire and Free Fire Max is removed in part.
It was also removed from the Apple Store earlier today.
However, Free Fire Max is available for download on the Google Play Store.
The gaming scene in India is going off the rails because of this instant ban.

Does Free Fire Max get permanently banned in India?
Free Fire Max is removed from the Apple App Store, but it’s not on Google Play Store.
Indian Government has banned 54 Chinese apps as security concerns to the nation.
There are various smaller and larger reasons, and it is evident that this is one of them.
Indian Govt is taking the initiative in examining banning apps to stop data breaches.
In light of these reasons, here’s the list of apps that have been currently banned.
Before the backlash that engulfed gamer’s from India was the ban on PUBG, one of the most played battle royale games by gamers on the go.
