Team Vitality and Adidas join forces.

French esports group Team Vitality has teamed with the world’s leading brand of sportswear Adidas to launch Adidas for League of Legends Open Tour 2022.

In the course of the agreement, Team Vitality will launch a semi-professional team named Yellow Stripes to compete.

The Yellow Stripes team will gain from the two firms their performance infrastructures, and more importantly, Adidas will provide an expert coach for the team and design its uniform.

Yellow Stripes marks the latest collaboration between Team Vitality and Adidas.

 Since their first collaboration in 2017, the two companies have worked together on an esports shoe and the VIT.01 and the esports organization’s jersey.

The Yellow Stripes roster comprises Matias “Matias” Manchin Opheltes and Alexis ‘Artoria’ Diebold, Lorenzo ‘Linkkey’ Giorgiutti, Julian ‘eaRyz’ Wehinger and John ‘Sotsy’ Sicre.

Benjamin “Fara” Stoffel will coach yellow Stripes and, in turn, LoL content creator and caster Martin “Krok” Berthelot is the team manager.

Team members will enjoy accessibility to Team Vitality’s facilities for performance, including V.Hive and V.Performance at V.Performance at the Stade de France and the Berlin coaching facility.

In addition, to document the development of Yellow Stripes, both brands are set to collaborate in a documentary series of eight episodes that will follow the team’s progress through The Open Tour.
