Realme UI 3.0, based on Android 12, will be updated to the Realme 9 5G SE, the firm revealed over the weekend.
The phone sometimes referred to as the Realme 9 5G Speed Edition, is the newest model from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer to get the Android 12 upgrade.
The upgrade came out a few months before Google’s anticipated release of Android 13, the newest version of its mobile operating system.
Realme said in a post on Saturday that the Realme 9 5G SE is the most recent device to get the Android 12 upgrade, with the company’s Realme UI 3.0 overlay running on top. The update’s RMX3461 11.C.02 build number is now being sent to the smartphone.
The Realme 9 5G SE will now offer accessibility settings, one-handed mode, and scrolling screenshots, thanks to the latest update. Users must ensure they are running build number RMX3461 11.A.11 to get the update, the firm said.
According to the firm, the update would be sent to consumers in a gradual rollout to a select number of devices.
If there are no serious faults, the remainder of the Realme 9 5G SE customers should get the update soon.
