Emerald Hill is where you can get the card that will open the Knuckles, so go there. He will be unlocked if you do the following:
- You must be able to complete your Lost Valley obby in World 2 in the Green Hill Zone. To do that, you have to be at or near the level of 25 to move on through the area.
- After you’ve completed the obby across the zone until you arrive at Emerald hill. Emerald hill Obby.
- Then climb towards The Emerald Hill Zone and traverse the small bridge made of logs once you are at the top.
- Then, at the bottom of the bridge, you will see the platform, made in the shape of a spiral, bent tree.
- You must utilize the cushion located in the wooden tower to shoot yourself up towards the tree.
- There is a second bouncer that will take you to the top there.
- After you have walked through the crooked tree, you will see a platform to the left.
- Make a long leap and then reach for the unlock card to use for Knuckles.
- You may require fast acceleration and, at minimum, the 100th level with two Rebirths to make this jump.
