Google Pixel Watch Can Run for a Day on a Single Charge: Report

According to a source, the Google Pixel Watch battery will last up to a day on a single charge, albeit this may not be the exact figures with which the wristwatch will be available for purchase later this year.

At this year’s Google I/O, Google unveiled the Pixel Watch. The wearable has a domed circular shape with rounded edges.

The Pixel Watch also comes in various colors and has several fitness monitoring capabilities. Wear OS is installed on the Google Pixel Watch.

According to 9to5google, the Google Pixel Watch has a battery capacity of roughly 300mAh and can last up to a day on a single charge, citing sources.

This estimate is based on pre-release testing, and it might alter once Google makes the watch available for purchase this autumn.

With heart rate monitoring activities throughout the day, always-on display mode, and SpO2 tracking set by default, we could get around a day and a half of usage out of the Apple Watch 7 on a single charge.

The battery lasted for around two days, with the always-on display turned off. Similarly, during our assessment of the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, we could get around a day and a half of battery life out of it.

According to the study, there was no information accessible on the circumstances under which the Pixel Watch was tested, such as Always-On Display (AOD) and sleep monitoring.

Furthermore, according to the source, the Pixel Watch’s magnetic to USB Type-C adapter does not provide “especially quick charging.” A complete charge is said to take more than 110 minutes.
