Two new series gaming monitors from ASUS have been unveiled, and they are equipped with cutting-edge OLED technology and an excellent heat dissipation system.
In addition, Asus claims that the ROG Swift PG42UQ and PG48UQ OLED gaming displays provide enhanced gaming performance.
The most recent Asus gaming monitors are available seven months after their CES 2022 announcement. The 42-inch and 48-inch ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ and PG48UQ feature 4K flat OLED panels.
Additionally, they include a unique heat sink that guarantees improved performance and a longer lifespan.
Aside from having excellent color, contrast, and brightness, the two new gaming monitors also have fast refresh rates and reaction times.
The 4K OLED panels in the PG42UQ and PG48UQ use the most recent technology for increased efficiency.
They also use a sub-pixel layout, which offers excellent detail and improves the viewing experience. In addition, the PG42UQ and PG48UQ are capable displays. So gamers immersed in action-packed games will like the new models.
They have a 0.1ms reaction time and a refresh rate of up to 138Hz. A suitable heat dissipation system is also in place to deal with the heat produced during operation.
The new displays include a unique cooling design that prevents overheating driver circuitry.
With a contrast ratio of 1.2 million:1, the Asus ROG Swift PG42UQ and PG48UQ gaming monitors provide excellent visual quality.
They enable HDR 10 output, feature a 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, and use Delta E2 color. The models also include an anti-glare coating that lessens reflected light from the environment.
The latest ROG Swift OLED versions offer two HDMI 2.1 connectors, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and a DisplayPort 1.4 port for connection.
They also include a tripod socket and a USB hub. Each of the two HDMI 2.1 connectors has a 48Gbps bandwidth, and both variants include built-in Harman Kardon speakers.
There are still some gaps in the Asus ROG Swift PG42UQ and PG48UQ OLED’s worldwide price information.
