Kyootbot is banned on Twitch

Twitch bans on content producers are nothing new. At this point, everyone is accustomed to hearing about someone being kicked from the site either temporarily or permanently almost every day.

Although these penalties are sometimes criticized as excessive or not severe enough, a person’s ban is often justified when examined in the context of Twitch terms of service breach.

One recent incident included GreekGodx, a pretty well-known Twitch broadcaster, who was banned for allegedly momentarily twerking on camera.

Others thought his temporary banishment from the site resulted from a recent tirade in which he said any lady he dated would have to forgo streaming and employment and spend most of her time in the kitchen.

Many people thought his position was improper and sexist, yet on July 1, he was permitted to return to the podium.

Currently, Kyootbot, another well-known Twitch broadcaster, has also been placed on a temporary ban. This is the content creator’s first actual ban; she had previously been suspended, but it was due to a Twitch error.

According to one observer, the 24-hour restriction was necessary since “her talk was wildin” and unmoderated. Fans will have to believe Kyootbot when she claims she was banned for “just attire sh*t” on the following YouTube live.

To be more open about bans, Twitch started alerting viewers why a channel is inaccessible in January, although that only offers a general rather than a detailed explanation.

Kyootbot was probably banned because of her clothing, in all probability. A large portion of the streamer’s rapid rise on Twitch in 2021 was due to her reasonably original material.

She often invites random viewers into a Discord conversation where they have seven minutes to try to win her over while only wearing a bra, panties, or other lingerie-style clothes.

Due to the “speed date” chance, Kyootbot’s channel grew from having 68,000 followers in July 2021 to having 360,000 at the time of the most recent suspension.

The Amazon-owned streaming service does call out producers for wearing unsuitable clothes, despite the perception among some viewers that incredibly successful streamers like Amouranth don’t face punishments commensurate with their TOS-breaking conduct.

In May, Corinna Kopf was given a temporary ban for her outfit, and a few days later, TheDanDangler was given the same penalty for swimming in a bikini.

Twitch’s rules are confusing for other broadcasters since they let Kyootbot regularly wear sexual apparel while banning her for wearing something that, to many, doesn’t seem all that different from what she usually wears.
