Choose a time

Life doesn’t operate in a 9-5 window. Basis Specialists are available whenever and wherever you need to talk to someone.

Choose a specialist

Select one of the available specialists or have Basis match you. During your session, your specialist will take some time getting to know you and how you’re feeling. They’ll ask questions to explore your topic and see it from a fresh perspective.

Step 3

Join your session

Sessions take place via video or phone on our website or mobile app. Up to 45 minutes devoted entirely to you. The goal is to walk away feeling lighter and better equipped to handle whatever you’re facing.

Step 4

Schedule additional sessions as needed – no membership or commitment required.

It only takes one session to feel better. For subsequent sessions, you can talk to the same specialist again or mix it up and talk to someone else.
